Preliminary estimate experience
The homeowner submits an address, contact information, requested service, and project details. Where supported checks pass, GeoQuote can show a preliminary provider-characterized roof area and contractor-configured ballpark range. A contractor must verify final measurements, condition, scope, materials, and price.
Texted-code step
The request records whether the homeowner entered the texted code. It does not prove identity, number ownership, intent, consent, qualification, or future reachability.
AI Follow-Up
Only after submission, when enabled and consent is recorded, AI Follow-Up can attempt contact within configured call-hour and suppression controls. It does not autonomously book appointments; exact timing, contact, booking, and conversion are not guaranteed.
Lite CRM and proposals
Submitted requests enter Lite CRM, where the contractor can review the request, build Good/Better/Best quotes and proposals, generate a PDF, send a proposal by email, record typed homeowner approval, and manage follow-up or appointment records. GeoQuote is not full field-service production management; any external connector or webhook must still be configured and tested.
