GeoQuote has three monthly plans: Starter at $119/month for up to 100 quote requests, Launch at $299/month with no monthly request cap under the published acceptable-use terms, and AI Follow-Up at $599/month for Launch plus optional consent-based calls and texts when set up. Build and review your branded quote page first, then choose a paid plan when you are ready to publish it and take homeowner requests.

GeoQuote uses monthly subscription pricing and does not add a GeoQuote fee for each submitted request or report. Starter supports up to 100 quote requests per month. Launch and AI Follow-Up have no monthly request cap under the published acceptable-use terms. Advertising, staff time, messaging, and any optional third-party reports remain separate costs.

Starter, Launch, and AI Follow-Up are monthly plans. Creating an account and reviewing the private branded-page preview does not charge you. Publishing it for homeowners requires a paid plan. Confirm cancellation, currency, promotional, annual, or custom terms in the current checkout or a written offer. GeoQuote does not currently promise automatic GST/HST calculation.

You do not need a website to start. GeoQuote gives you a hosted quote link first. If you want to add it to your website later, copy a single line of embed code from your GeoQuote dashboard or ask us to help.

The hosted quote link does not require WordPress. An embed may be available for a WordPress site, but theme, plugin, security, and content-policy settings vary; configure and test the embed on the actual site before publishing it.

The hosted quote link can be shared without installing it on Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow, GoDaddy, or another site. Embed support depends on the platform, plan, theme, and security settings, so confirm the current supported path and test it before rollout.

Yes. Your hosted quote page and optional website widget can use your company name, logo, colors, and pricing assumptions so the homeowner sees your brand first. The homeowner submits an address, and your team decides whether it is inside your service area; the hosted quote flow does not enforce service-area boundaries.

With the AI Follow-Up plan, GeoQuote can call or text after a homeowner submits a request and gives the required consent, when the feature is set up and available. It can offer the next step chosen by the contractor, but the homeowner may not answer and an appointment is not guaranteed.

Calls and texts are available only on the AI Follow-Up plan after the contractor sets up the feature and the homeowner gives the required consent. Calling hours, do-not-contact controls, and provider availability still apply. A call or text may fail or go unanswered, and an appointment is not guaranteed.

Yes. AI Follow-Up is optional. Starter or Launch can provide the hosted quote link and submitted request records without AI calls. Your team remains responsible for monitoring requests and operating its manual follow-up workflow.

There is no defensible fixed number. Results depend on traffic, service area, offer, page setup, contractor response, and sales execution. Measure a baseline and then track completed requests, actual contacts, confirmed appointments, sold jobs, collected revenue, and total cost. GeoQuote does not supply traffic or guarantee requests, appointments, or customers.

For a completed request, GeoQuote can record the submitted name, phone, email, property address, requested service, project details, consent, source, and whether the visitor entered the code sent to the submitted phone number. Your team still confirms identity, service-area fit, qualification, inspection or design needs, pricing, and the next step.

GeoQuote Lite CRM supports CSV export for request records. Confirm the destination format and test any configured import before relying on a downstream handoff. GeoQuote is not a full field-service production system and is not operated as a marketplace that resells a submitted request to competing contractors.
