When a visitor uses the GeoQuote widget on a contractor's website, we collect:

• Property address: Street address, city, state/province, and country
• Property data: Address, imagery metadata, and property or estimate context returned by configured geospatial services
• Submitted-number code-entry data: The submitted phone number, verification-session state, and whether the homeowner entered the code sent to the submitted phone number
• Usage data: Widget interaction timing, completion status

2.2 Contractors (Dashboard Users)

• Company name, contact details, and business information
• Account credentials and authentication data
• Billing information (processed securely by Stripe)
• Widget configuration preferences

A passed submitted-number code entry records that the code sent for the submitted phone number was returned during that verification session. It does not establish identity, homeowner status, intent, qualification, separate consent to calls or messages, reachability, exclusivity, appointment readiness, or any sales outcome.

2.3 Optional Follow-Up Data

When a contractor has enabled a follow-up workflow and you separately consent to the applicable call or message, the information processed can include:

• Phone call metadata: Call duration, timestamps, call status (answered, voicemail, no answer)
• Call or message content: Transcripts, recordings, or message text when the enabled workflow and its disclosures provide for them
• Scheduling details: Dates, times, addresses, or preferences that you provide during the workflow
• Consent and opt-out records: The consent state and any stop or suppression request recorded by the workflow or messaging provider

Availability and processing vary by contractor plan, configuration, consent state, and communications provider. Follow-up is not guaranteed to occur, reach a person, or produce an appointment or job.

2.4 Do-Not-Call List

If you ask to stop a call or reply STOP to an SMS, the applicable workflow or messaging provider records an opt-out or suppression state. 3. How We Use Your Information

• Generate property estimates using satellite and geospatial data
• Save and deliver request information and the record of whether the homeowner entered the code sent to the submitted phone number to the contractor associated with the quote flow
• Use an SMS code check to reduce unauthorized or mistyped phone submissions; the check does not verify identity or intent
• Support optional calls or messages when enabled, configured, and covered by the applicable consent state
• Record scheduling details or contractor follow-up status when supplied; no contact, appointment, or job is guaranteed
• Send transactional email notifications about requests or account activity when configured
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Improve our service, debug issues, and analyze usage patterns
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Service Providers

We use trusted service providers for the following functions:

• Property data: address lookup, satellite imagery, and property-data processing
• AI assistance: consent-based scheduling and follow-up workflows
• Messaging: outbound calls, SMS messaging, and call recording when enabled
• Authentication and storage: account authentication and application data storage

• Email: transactional email delivery
• Hosting: website and application infrastructure

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information to the contractor associated with the quote flow and to service providers that process it for the functions described above.
