Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GeoQuote.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

GeoQuote.ai provides hosted quote links and optional embeddable website widgets that generate instant property estimates using satellite imagery and geospatial data. The Service may include the quote flow, contractor dashboard, customer management tools, consent-based AI follow-up, appointment scheduling support, and related APIs. Estimates are approximate and should not be considered binding quotes.

2A. AI Calling & Appointment Scheduling

• AI Follow-Up is an optional, configuration-dependent feature. It is not enabled for every account or every request.
• When enabled, the Service may attempt an AI-assisted call only after the request passes the active consent, phone-status, do-not-call, request-state, and calling-policy checks. A call may be queued, deferred, blocked, unanswered, or fail.
• The current voice-agent workflow is designed to identify the assistant as AI and name the contractor. Contractors must test the exact deployed greeting and configuration before enabling calls.
• Calls may be recorded when recording is enabled. The operator is responsible for determining whether recording is permitted and what notice or consent is required.
• Voice and SMS workflows support opt-out handling, but contractors remain responsible for monitoring requests and suppressing future contact across every system they use.
• Phone OTP status, consent records, and configured policy controls support an operator's process; they do not establish identity, purchase intent, or legal compliance by themselves.
• The Service does not guarantee an exact call time, retry schedule, connection, response, appointment, calendar event, or CRM sync.
• Appointment scheduling is provided on a best-effort basis. GeoQuote.ai is not liable for missed, rescheduled, or incorrect appointments
• Contractors are responsible for validating connected calendars and integrations, reviewing recorded outcomes, and honoring appointments that are actually confirmed in their workflow

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One account per person or business entity
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscription & Billing

• The Service is currently offered as $119/month Starter capped at 100 quote requests without AI Follow-Up, $299/month Launch, and $599/month AI Follow-Up. Additional annual, promotional, white-label, or custom usage offers may be made available from time to time.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly with no long-term contracts
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods
• Prices may change with 30 days' written notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Exceed reasonable usage limits (API rate limits apply)

6. Intellectual Property

GeoQuote.ai and all associated logos, trademarks, code, and content are the property of GeoQuote.ai. You retain ownership of your company's branding and customer data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the hosted quote link and optional embed during your active subscription.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoQuote.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard. After termination, data is handled under our then-current retention practices, the Privacy Policy, contractual commitments, and applicable legal obligations. We do not guarantee automatic permanent deletion exactly 90 days after termination. You may request access, correction, or deletion review at support@getgeoquote.com; some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, backups, or law.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
